Been training with a PT for over a year now, and yes I've lost weight and gained muscle over that timeframe, which is awesome!
But this morning when I did my measurements, I've finally lost some inches on my thighs. They seem to be the one area I never manage to shift fat from and also the one area that all the fat is drawn too!!
Result!
