    Jail bars indicate that a user has 'significantly violated a guideline and have received 3 warning points'

    Its in the MFP guidelines (sticky at the beginning of this forum).

    We are the ones who tend to tell people what they don't want to hear, in ways that they don't want to hear it. At least, that seems to apply to most of my warning notes.
