March 30 day fitness challenge!

Hi all! I'm on day 3 of my 30 day fitness challenge for March and was wondering if anyone else would like to join. I just downloaded the app named as the title above and every day it gives you a few exercises to do and slowly increases the amount of exercises and repetitions. It's relatively easy at this point but to my surprise I have felt my muscles when I woke up today and yesterday so it's certainly getting those forgotten body parts active I run and I cycle too but not consistently so this is a great way to keep myself moving on a daily basis, rain or shine. Don't expect a huge difference, I guess it's more for general body conditioning. We can all invest just a few minutes a day on something good for our bodies, right? You can choose any app you prefer like the 7 minute workout, abs challenge etc and we can check in with each other for our progress. I hope to make some buddies along the way!
