How do you reward yourself?

So I have recently hit my 25lb weight loss mark. At this point, I only have around 19lbs to go. From 188.8lbs to my goal weight of 145. I hit my first mini goal of 165 & my reward was new clothes, but it was more out of necessity than reward because nothing fit. I went a little overboard though & bought 5 new dresses in a span of about 7 days. But I digress.

I am just curious how you reward yourself with each mini goal (or major goal). I feel like I should do something at my 160 mark & then my 150 (or just wait until 145). Every time I almost hit a mini goal I really want to have a soda (just a can) because that was the one vice I had before I gave it up, but I never end up drinking one.

Thoughts? Ideas?

It's always a challenge to balance desire for rewards with calorie budget/money budget. I like frequent treats, so iTunes songs, a Kindle book, or a small food treat like a skinny latte or dark chocolate square work well. If I don't want to use caloric or financial resources, time based treats are fun, too, like a guilt-free 30 minutes with a trashy magazine from the library or a 10-minute foot rub.

As for bigger rewards to work toward, clothes and trips are probably my favorites.

For me, making mini-goals is its own reward. That being said, I also feel a lot of pride in buying new clothes when needed. But oddly enough, I also LOVE wearing my clothes that are too big for me now. I love reflecting on how they used to be tight.

On big goal is a trip I'm taking in December. At one time I had a weight goal I wanted to hit before we went. But I'm changing my approach to my weight loss, so now I'm just excited to see what size I'll be by then.

I'm going to reward myself with a massage after I reach my next goal weight. I try not to reward myself with food because I tend to go overboard on that, and shopping...

Once I reach my ultimate goal weight, then I'll probably go for the new wardrobe.

I reward myself with perfume, cosmetics and accessories.I built quite a perfume collection after I lost about 40 lbs after my third pregnancy. Now I have a stone (or so) to loose and perfume is a no-no, lol.
