I was very excited when I ordered my Bodymedia off of ebay. I was so excited to really get serious and drop the extra weight. I had just finished couch to 5K and ran my first race. I do martial arts 3 nights a week and I teach kickboxing. I also hike and ride a bike often and have a very active job.
The bodymedia device arrived the day after I tore my ACL *sigh*
As I am recovering my new 'lifestyle' is sedintary. but I have a lot of muscle and pretty good cardio. Should I leave the METS setting alone? Should I change it?? My problem is that I can't do anything stenuous to get a real preceived effort to base the METS off of
