Nike? Adidas? Sketchers or Under Armour?
Because these gym shoes are the best internal motivator for me. I usually change my gym sneakers every once per year. Need ideas on which model that is most "comfiest" and "practical" . Also , I might consider to get a fitbit this year . Do I need fitbit when I already have iPhone apps? Its all about $$$$ . I need the best idea and suggestion
Much love ❤

Love my Nike Free shoes. I'd skip the Fitbit. Have one, and don't use it. Tried to for several months. If you're really looking at buying a fitness related wearable, and you're into running, check out the Nike+ Sportwatch. I love mine, and you don't HAVE to have the Nike shoes for it to work1

Scrap the fitbit. Mine was severely underestimating my calories. Heck, if you live in the US and pay for shipping I'll send you my Surge lol.1

i love my fitbit! as for shoes it depends what you're doing at the gym. if you're running then i would suggest going to a running store and having them evaluate your gait and recommend shoes specifically for you. if you're lifting then flat shoes like chucks are good, and if you're doing a bunch of different stuff i guess you can go for whatever ones are comfortable and look cool. lol.2

Go to a running store and get fitted for shoes. They'll have more than just running shoes. But you'll get much better ones that way than if you let strangers pick them for you.1
