Hi guys, I am 33 weeks pregnant and have put on a little more than I should have and want to avoid pregnancy diabetes for obvious reasons! So I am starting to monitor what I am eating on here to help me make healthier choices. Anyone else on here and pregnant ?

If you have never calorie counted and are interested in a more detailed explanation of how your goals get set this post is awesome. It has alot of info in it, and in truth it took me 2 or 3 reads to really digest it the first time, but I found it incredibly valuable in understanding the process and losing weight.
