You're 18, I'm sure you look fine without makeup.0

Always use a good moisturizer. Also, skin brightner is great for brightning up your skin if you don't want to use a lot of makeup.0

Take good care of your skin. Good moisturizer. Confidence and a smile.0

Staying hydrated, getting enough sleep and a good skin care regimen. No need for make up if you do that0

Good moisturizer/skin care regimen. Get your sleep in. Drink your water. Sunblock. Chapstick (don't forget the lips need to not look dried out).0

Things that have been said, confidence, smile...
get good sleep! Works wonders for all things from pep and energy levels to bags/circles under the eyes!0 -
I guess you kind of either do or you don't. I'm not sure you have a lot of control over it. Though I think most women (with a few exceptions) look best with zero to minimal makeup.0

A good moisturizer, enough sleep, no smoking, staying hydrated, and most importantly, confidence. You know you look amazing without makeup, and everyone will also feel that way!!0

I have to agree with this, but since you asked:
1) Hydration (as in you drinking LOTS of water)
2) Exfoliation
3) Hydration (as in using moisturizers - day/night creams, masques)
4) Sunscreen
ETA: ditto other posts: don't smoke (I don't, so I didn't think about it) and proper rest!0 -
I agree: moisturize, exfoliate, drink water, sleep.
Also, I love Dr. Jart's BB cream. Its like a tinted moisturizer. I use it instead of foundation or powder. I like the water based kind. It's a tad expensive at $30 a bottle, but I'm hooked!0 -
No, not really, unless you have a really clear complexion, no undereye dark circles or wrinkles and your wardrobe is on point and your lips are not chapped. Other than that, one might need some make-up to do justice.0

Nice hair and a cute outfit. Lip gloss? At least do a little color on your lips :00
-
Just take good care of your skin and drink lots of water.
If you do wear makeup.. don't go to sleep with in on. No matter how tired or drunk you are. :frown: :laugh:0
