I've had this app on my phone and have been using it for a couple of years unfortunately with no results.. my issue.. but started ww last week followed to a "T" and GAINED! Ugh! Easier to track with this and don't have to pay $20/mo!

There is an app called "I track Bites" and its just like WW and there is NO monthly fee. I believe that app is free but there are a few add on's that might cost a small amount. It is better than WW in my opinion with NO monthly cost. Just a thought

I was on WW for a few years. There were weeks where I gained or stayed the same but would usually lose the following week. I thought it was a good system, especially for those that want in-person support.0
