Had lost 10 kgs in 6 months

I started following my diet and exercise on my fitness pal in 2014 and lost more than 10 kgs in 6 months. Later I stopped closely following my diet and logging in on MyFitnessPal and gained back around 5 kgs. Now I have restarted my efforts on going down 5 kgs

    Yes. Well done for returning. Logging in every day helps with accountability and motivation. For me anyway. I have logged in every day and watched that number go up and up. No way do i want to go back to 1! And once I am logged in I may as well add my calories. Playing mind games with myself! Whatever works right?
