Hello y'all.. I'm new here just signed up yesterday.. Im on a New Journey in my life, and I'm steppin on & steppin in to a Nu healthy me.. Im a "yoyo weight loss"..always lose.. Then I regain, this last time gained my marriage to end.. So Ive decided No more doin this for Me, & about me.. Have to love yourself and the rest will all fall together.. So I'm in Washington State, support, strength, and friends are always good!
