Hi everyone
I started my weight loss journey in February last year. I was in complete denial when I stepped on the scales, was 257lbs. I couldn't believe I let myself get to that weight, at 20 years old. I had no confidence, felt so low, didn't like to do many activities. I started working so hard and watched everything I ate and logged it all on here. I've tried losing weight before and always gave up. This is the first time I've stuck to it and I have told myself I am never going to be that girl again! My journey is still ongoing, I haven't quite reached my target but nearly there. I am now 13 stone 9, started at 18 stone 5.I love reading everyone's stories and just wanted to share mine!
