Hey everyone! My name is Amber and I'm 35 and from Michigan. I've recently lost about 37 lbs and I'd like to lose about 10-15 more. I'm looking for buddies to chat with and connect with. Feel free to add me, but please have a profile picture and your profile filled out.

I'm a brain/skull/spine surgery survivor (Arnold-Chiari) and I'm fighting back against my incurable illness.

    Hi!
    I am older (66) and have back issues. Do you know of any exercises that are good for back pain? I have degenerative disc syndrome.
