It's not a big victory but I am still proud of it. Today I hit my 365th day in a row where I logged to MFP to log my calories. I did log my calories completely even when I went 2000 calories over. But this helped me maintain my weight even though I have been lazy (on exercise/workouts) in the last few months and haven't been losing much lately.

Thanks to MFP, I understood how BAD I was eating before and how easy it was to go over my allocated calories for a day. No wonder I was fat before :P

Now I only need to kick my butt and start working out steady again as I am so close from my goal of having a 6 pack (much closer than last year). I started at 212lbs and I am now at 175 lbs for a 5'10 man. I probably have around 10 more pounds of fat to shed to reach my goal :P
