Last stone - once and for all-1lb a week

Posting for accountability and just putting it out there. Keep making excuses and slacking off, so hoping by putting this up here it might give me the motivation to make a better effort. Feel free to add if you are struggling to lose the last stone and are planning on losing it at a 1lb a week. I personally have found that more than a lb is harder to sustain, likely to return and could be muscle loss.
Start 5th March - end 11 June
Week 0: 140lbs starting weight
Goal weight for next 14 weeks
Week 1: 12th March 139
Week 2: 19th March 138
Week 3: 26th March 137
Week 4: 2nd April 136
Week 5: 9th April 135
Week 6: 16th April 134
Week 7: 23rd April 133
Week 8: 30th April 132
Week 9: 7th may 131
Week 10: 14th may 130
Week 11: 21st may 129
Week 12: 28th may 128
Week 13: 4th June 127
Week 14: 11th June 126

I'll join you! I want to lose a lb/week as well, and I'm having difficulty doing it. I started exercising 3x a week 3 weeks ago, and then got sick. I'm still trying to get over it, but I'm determined to get back on track this week. I've been stuck in the 150s for about a year, now, and I really want to get back down in the 120s where I've been most of my life. Moral of the story: I'm coming in a little late, but I will join you! Thanks for having this challenge.0

The closer you are to goal the harder it is to lose 1lb a week.
Don't get disheartened if it comes off slower.

: make a salad (such an effort)
: 2 pieces of fruit
: make a juice (have bought some ginger, , no guarantee that this will happen, hate washing the machine)0 -
