What does a 4 oz serving of cooked dark meat chicken look like?

A nice old lady sent four pans of it to us for no reason and my dad is allergic to chicken. Could use a little help as I usually don't eat dark meat chicken.

I'd weigh it, but as a rough guideline 4 oz of meat is about the size of deck of cards

I was going to say approximately one full leg? Skin and marinade will make a big difference though.

Guess I should weigh it, but will it weigh about as much cooked as it would raw?

It doesn't matter because you would use a "cooked" entry. Find "4 oz dark meat chicken cooked" If the meat is raw when you weigh it, you would find a "raw" entry.

Yeah. If you weigh it cooked, you log it cooked. The database will cover it
