Returning after a year of bad habits

Hi.
I am returning with a fresh start. Las year around this time, I had a bad skiing accident and fractured my shoulder. At that point, I stopped working out and then bad eating habits began to form as I was off work for 2 months. Recovery took a long time....8 months in physio with lots of pain and weakness in my dominant arm. Overall, I gained 25 lbs over a year. Now I joined Orangetheory Fitness and am regaining momentum and motivation to be healthier. I'm back on MFP to log my calories and am excited to start fresh.

Looking for new friends here too!

    Hi! Sorry to hear about your accident but it's good to see you are recovered and ready to get back on the horse! I also have just returned after becoming too lazy to focus on my eating, causing my training to be a waste of time and ultimately gaining weight. So let's be friends!!
