Discussion to motivate and help others through real life problems and stories
Hello everyone! I've decided to start a discussion to help inspire others! Comment below on your success stories or any tips anyone could use!
My story: Through my whole entire life, I was always a mildly heavyset kid. I tried sports etc, but it didn't do much. I am currently 18. And a year ago, January 2016 I put on alot of weight. I weighed about 240lb at 5' 6". Male. That's quite alot, I always hated my body..so embarrassed, I couldn't ever take my shirt off. I was disgusted but never had the motivation... Until something happened. I was with my ex girlfriend at the time. We had a major rough patch, split and it left me in shambles. Around November, I had enough... I needed to change. I underwent heavy, intensive exercise. I started running every night, and eventually learning the one and outs of the essentials of a healthy lifestyle. I combined extreme precise dieting with intense workouts, and voila. Today I currently weigh in at 155 lbs, 5' 7" ( I grew an inch, you) and 14% body fat. Morale of the story is... anyone can do it You can do it! The process will be hard and rough, but if you prevail and work hard you can transform yourself into the you that you wish to be! The only one who can change you, is you. Good luck everyone
