Hi All!

I'm new here... but not new to the weight loss game. I have been doing Weight Watchers and struggling on new Smart Points plan. Decided to give this a try. On Weight Watchers non-starchy vegetables and fruits are considered 0 point foods, do any of you not count calories from these items?

    All foods have calories, even coffee. So yep, count them vegetables.
