From where are you seeking motivation? If it is from other people noticing changes, know this, people will without fail let you down. If you are motivated to keep healthy changes in your life by something meaningful to you, then no one can take that from you.
I get motivated when I see 80 year olds living healthy lifestyles, active and involved in the community, and I mentally compare them to people my own age who are unhealthy physically. Usually the unhealthy body pollutes the mental component and creates stinking thinking. In other words, when people's bodies stop working properly due to health issues (weight and activity just being a part of that picture) they get beat down.
I have a tendency to go to extremes at times and view food as the enemy. When I catch myself with that stinking thinking I have learned to realize that I am out of balance and not embracing what I should be focusing on-smart choices.
Sometimes you just have to ask yourself, am I making smart choices?
Stop looking at the scale if it discourages you and start looking at toned muscle, at hair and nail growth, at solid sleep cycles, all indications of smart choices.
You can get past the "blah"s and move onto the "ah"'s if you just look at progress, and maybe set your next goal in small steps.
    I hope this helps.

Stand in front of a mirror in your underwear... happy? No? There's your motivation!
