I got new home scales and it says im 6lbs more than my old ones

You never know your true weight. It changes on each scale, time of day, type of food you've eaten etc.
Just take a base reading and plot the down ward trend.
Moving a scale 1 inch across the floor can add or subtract weight.0 -
They always do that that's why mine are 16 years old and weigh the same as my doctors and gym plus ww group0
