    hi , i have 4 kids ranging in age from 21y to 2y , + foster . it is so hard eating right and finding time to work out with the young ones about , its an issue most ppl do not understand , it takes me an hour just to do a 15 min home work out...! lol feel free to add me <3

    I'm a mum of 4 and really struggling to get back into it. I did so well last year but then Christmas ca me and I gave myself 2 weeks off, all what I've lost is piling back on and we are now in March. I've given myself a kick up to bum but would be grateful for more support...feel free to add me
