Weight Loss Help

Hi this is the first time I've ever dieted to lose weight I'm 18 years old and I am 99.7 Kg started at 102.4 Kg around a week ago so far so good, I use to be in really good shape and have always been quite big built, I am aiming to get back to 12/13 stone so I need to lose around 20kg I just need advise from all the experts out there on what my macro intake should be right now it's set to 25 carb 45 protein and 30 fat, I see myself going over on carbs by 10g a day and going under my protein goal any advice? I am on 2320 calories a day and do work out till I've lost atleas 300 calories then whatever my steps add on and so far I've been going under my goal by 300 to 400! Also when should I weigh myself? I've been doing it in the morning when I wake up is this correct? Meal suggestions would also be great! Thanks in advance!!

    Eat the amounts of calories MFP gave you and don't worry about macros for now.

    Eat whatever you like, log it and hit your calorie goal.

    You are weighing yourself correctly.
