2. no to bread
3. no to bakery
4. no to sweets
5. say yes to sleep at 11 pm
6. yes to 30 mints workout
7. yes to read 10 pages of any good book daily
who is up for this????
i know its looks simple and easy but believe me easy things are always not easy,,,,so r u in or??

    Interested, never did a challenge, I think this one could be a good start. What else is required to join and when would it start?

    only strong motivation , encouragement and and if u cheat at any step dont quit or fall back , just say sorry to yourself and move forward bcz failure is the part of the success
