I just made EggBeaters in the microwave at work for the first time. They actually taste fine. I have trouble getting protein during the work day, so this is great! I had no idea that you could microwave EggBeaters until I was reading something yesterday.

    you can microwave eggs/egg whites also.

    If they're pasturized, they're safe to drink raw as well...

    Yes. You can add meat, veggies, and/or cheese to them prior to microwaving too

    This comment made me shudder. I love eggs, I eat a couple every day at least, but raw egg white is just disgusting to me. Yolks are fine, I don't mind an uncooked yolk, but the white just looks like a big ol' loogie to me when it's uncooked, all clear and jiggly.
