Hi there,
track your calories everyday, find a supportive friend with similar goal and the best of all is run a lot. Believe me running should be your best close friend.
Good luck0 -
I had 40 to lose to lost 63 last year got sick back on 38 I lost 6 on week 1 restart week 2 weigh in tomorrow
Weigh and measure everything with calories
Soilds on a digital food scale
Liquids in a measuring jug
Log every single thing that you eat and drink
EVERYTHING if you don't your only cheating yourself and even the smallest calories will mount up
Measure yourself monthly
Drink water
Find an exercise you like and will keep up
Eat healthy but have treats
Find the right calories to lose weight don't eat all your exercise calories they won't be accurate1 -
The best way to do it is:
-Avoid processed foods
-Drink more water
-Do cardio before and after workouts
-Take L carnitine if you want but you dont need it because you can get that amount of weight till december easy
-Build more mucle (the more muscle you have, the easier it will be too burn fat)
-Remember to have fun because its the only way you won't give up1
