Im 5'8" and weight 115.4 pounds and trying to gain weight

Im eating more and drinking ensure plus

    Im on a 2540 calorie diet
    Exercise: sumo squats, glute bridge, lunges, donkey kicks, fire hydrant, using resistance band for the arms

    You're on the right track then. That's a good surplus. Increases volume of lifting over time as your body gets used to it.
