I seem to have stopped losing. I have not regained, but how do I kick-start the losing again?

What are your stats? How long has it been since you lost weight? How are you measuring your calorie intake? How are you measuring your exercise calories and how much, if any, of them do you eat back?1

If it's only for a short time, don't do anything, just carry on as you are and wait. If there's no movement after 4-6 weeks try changing something.
In the meantime, tighten up your logging. Use a food scale and practice on getting your portions right.1
