Me too. Sometimes exercise is all that keeps me going. I just force it. Usually feel better afterwards. Sometimes I feel better just because I'm proud of being proactive about my recovery. Hurt my knee a few days ago and wasn't able to exercise today so I went for a long walk. I'm trying.3
