Published Workout/Strength Training Programs??

Looking for published strength training programs or books. I'm looking for something with a bit of barbell work... fairly easy to follow but not boring! I have crossfit/some weight lifting experience. I've been looking into "Strong Curves", "Strong: Nine Workout Programs for Women", "Thinner, Leaner, Stronger", and "The New Rules of Lifting for Women". Any feedback regarding these or other programs would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

I did and loved The New Rules of Lifting for Women. I would love to do it again when a gym membership is possible for me. I liked it's progression and that the workouts were efficient and challenging.1

I loved Strong Curves and had great results with it. You can check out the templates online to see if the workouts interest you, I would recommend buying the book if you decide to run it. I have heard great things about TLS, but haven't actually run that one.1

If you are looking for a book, I would very highly recommend The Muscle and Strength Pyramid books by Eric Helms, Andy Morgan, and Andrea Valdez.1

I just found an app called jefit. It let me make custom workouts with tons of exercises and pressed ones too. Look like now YouTube.1

I do the male version of TLS (so Bigger Leaner Stronger). It's really good; it's a 52 week program so you won't think about needed a change. Mike Matthews is pretty good with his information. NROL4W is also a very solid book, but some of the nutrition is a bit outdated (it was written in 2006). SC gets a lot of good reviews on here and is very glute focused. If you are looking for a book, I would very highly recommend The Muscle and Strength Pyramid books by Eric Helms, Andy Morgan, and Andrea Valdez.
And Eric Helms is crazy knowledgeable and one of the best.2 -
Starting strength is a book that has some useful info and has successful programs for different levels associated with it.1
