How's my diary looking so far?

Hi this is my first time calorie counting just wondering how it's looking! Off out today to buy some scales so I can be as accurate as possible but so far I've had accurate estimates! Thanks in advance

    I've not gone back that many days and you seem to be under you calorie goal which is good. Some variety in there and you are getting fresh fruits, veggies, carbs, proteins. It looks good. All liquids are in ml and all solids are in grams, even that Lurpack was weighed to the gram, well done! You are clearly taking this seriously. There is only one suggestion I have really.

    The 1.5 tsp of sugar and the one medium apple entries can vary a lot if not weighed to the gram. The pre-packed foods such as one slice of bread can also vary so if you want to be really strict, I would weight these. However, you are under your calorie goal but not under eating which is good so if you are losing at the rate you want, keep going. If things start to stall there are a few places to tighten things up if you feel you need to.
