Nausea and headache after intense exercise?

I was wondering if anyone has any hints on how to avoid nausea and headaches after intense exercise. I will be doing an annual mountain hike this weekend and the last two times I did it I had a horrible headache and nausea by the time I got down! I'm not out of shape, others doing the hike don't even exercise regularly yet I'm still the only one with problems. It's not an insanely high mountain either, it's just fairly steep so it gives a good kick.
Any help is greatly appreciated

Hypoglycemia or Dehydration can both cause these symptoms after a hard work out. Make sure you're getting a good sugar boost before and after the event, and drink plenty of water (if you're not already).
hope this helps0
