After being a stay at home mom for almost 18 years (I refused to have a latch-key kid). I have gained about 100 lbs in 8 years. I'm ready to shed it now that I'm tipping 40. More than willing to share my journey and recipes and even maybe makes some friends in the process. I'd also like to know if there are other in the Las Vegas area wanting to maybe get together and walk sometime.
