Thank you everyone!! I so greatly appreciate it!! My strategies were pretty basic. I used my fitness pal app in the first few months religiously! Then I slacked on tracking my cals everyday as well as my exercise....I was however able to maintain and even lose a few during my 3 month hiatus with just watching my portion sizes and sticking to the no soda and limiting dairy/carbs. Now I'm back hitting my cardio hard and really cracking down on my daily calorie intake and watching my macro nutrients. I'm feeling better than ever and have jump started my weight loss again. Exercise should just be a daily habit I'm learning that! It is essential to real weight loss and making your body look good and feel good! I stay at around 1280 cals a day and try to get most through lean proteins and veg. I have to have a carb at some point in the day though.... or I get cranky so I stick to the whole grains. Oh yes and all my meals are weightwatchers recipes off of Pinterest! Delicious easy and weight loss friendly!
