Is it possible to hit a Plateau even when you still have quite a bit of weight to lose??

I still have about 30 lbs to lose and for the past 2 weeks haven't lost anything.

I've upped my workouts (about 50 min a day instead of 30), try to get my 10,000 steps in a day, drink plenty of water and stay within my 1300 cals.
not sure when else to do

A plateau would be at least six weeks on plan without losing anything. Two weeks is discouraging, I know, but perfectly normal. If you've increased your workouts, you may also be temporarily retaining some water to help your muscles recover.

Be patient, stay on plan. :)

Remember too that hormones and stress can influence losses quite a bit. It's not uncommon to hit a plateau for a week or two. You can sometimes kick start things by eating more than normal (within reason) and/or changing what you're eating here and there. Show your body is okay to lose because you aren't starving it. 1300 may even be too low, especially working out for an hour. Your body could be shutting down the fat burning process to protect itself.

I actually just posed in another forum wondering if I should up my intake. I have been finding myself more hungry at night since I've upped my workouts, but I'm too nervous for if I gain:/

2 Weeks is not long enough to notice anything - there are countless variable impacting weight and calories are only one part of this.

What are your settings? You have 30 lbs to lose, but what is your rate? This should be around 1lb /week and ensure that you are eating to your calories. Ensure you are eating back calories expended through workouts and your other activities.

Are you tracking water intake? Don't stick to the 8 glasses a day, but drink to your thirst. This may be a bit of water retention masking weight loss. Personally my weight fluctuates ~5 lbs/day and that's just water weight.
