Exercising with limitations? Suggestions

Hi All,
I have constant abdominal pain as a result of multiple C-sections. While I have good days, if I overdo it, I pay for it for several days following. I find exercise to be difficult as most require either core stability (of which I have little), impact or repetitive torso movements. I'm not able to lift anything heavier than about 10 pounds. I know myself and know that I need exercise to loose the weight but am at a bit of a loss. I was doing pilates but am not able to continue as the pain became unbearable. I enjoy walking and will be adding easy yoga to my week but would like to find something I can do at home. Any suggestions are welcome!
I'm trying very hard to be positive and find a non-surgical and unmedicated solution to my pain issue and hope that movement and weight loss will help.
Thanks for your time

Cycling?
A very controlled movement with minimal torso movement.0 -
Yoga, maybe bike rides, fast paced walks around your neighborhood? Hopefully you wont have to live with that pain forever!0
