Beast mode

I Have been back in workout/eating right mode for a month now. I had already hit my goal weight 3 years ago, and stayed consistent, then gained 10lbs after my wedding, another 20 after some hard times then got pregnant and gained 40lbs. I hit a low when my daughter was 6 months old, feeling disgusted with myself...I didn't want to be an unhealthy mom and I wasn't ready at the time to do my weight loss journey again. I made small changes to my activity level and foods over the last 6 months and lost a few lbs.

Now I am back in beast mode. I work out 6 days a week, tracked my food and am eating more lean protein, less sugar and less wine. I'm doing this, for me and my little girl.

Anyone else in the same boat?

    Same boat.....gained 86lbs when I had kids....down to the last 14lbs......I'll friend request u....I work out 7 days a week, and log daily.....BEAST MODE lol.....I love it
