I look on my fitness pal and see pork chops listed at 75 calories for a slice, 256 calories for 100 grams, 185 calories for 10 oz, 165 calories for 3 ounces. I look online and they all have different calories per ounce for baked pork chops.
What do you guys do for food that doesn't come with a nutrition label and researching it comes up with a very diverse answer.

Also bare in mind that different cuts of pork chops will have different calories.
Rib cuts tend to be higher then loin cuts, Etc
When searching it helps to know the specific cut of your meat for more accurate numbers.
Thank you so much for the link!
