Anyone else experience a constant tummy nose while exercising?! So annoying! I do allergy meds, nasal spray and inhaler because of all ridiculous allergies! But geesh, I look crazy at the gym daily!

Every day. I need to hose my face off after a 5 mile run!0

It's called exercise induced rhinitis....it's very common.7

Yup, same here. And I have a brand new septum piercing, so I keep jabbing it by accident when wiping my nose.0

I never run without a tissue in my hand.1

Thx friends!0

Me too! I got a running fanny pack once I realized I needed tissues on top of an inhaler. My nose runs when I eat spicy food or drink soda, too, lol.0

You should see my cycling gloves after a good 30 miler....3 -
I have the same problem , as well. I always carry a handkerchief when I walk and jog.0

Ikr that happens to me all the time. I hate that. So the next time I exercise I would have to get some tissues before I workout.0

Yep....Im constantly sniffing.0

Flonase everyday helps me a little bit.
I currently have a system when I run - LOL. I have been sticking 10 tissues up my sleeve - one at a time so they don't pull out all at once when I reach for them while running. I don't know what I am going to do once it gets hot again and I can't wear long sleeves....0 -
I heard a saline nasal spray might help by cleaning the sinuses.0

Only outdoors - I tend to leave a snail trail when I'm out cycling.
Snot rockets FTW!3 -
Ha, I was just going to comment about snot rockets (if you can time it so you do one right after you get catcalled it's even better). I get a really bad runny nose too. I was reading this theory about how nose breathing during exercise is meant to be better but there is zero chance of that ever happening for me.0

There are many days that my nose is running faster than I am.6

Only when cycling outdoors. Drives me mad.

It's a running (Pun intended) joke in my house that my husband asks me take off my snotty gloves as soon as I get back0 -
I have it and actually like the fact that it clears out my sinuses. I have no desire to stop it actually. Perfect the snot rocket and enjoy.0
