Since I'm out of work right now, I've been jogging around 11:30am - two hours after breakfast. I've vowed to wake up at 7am from now on and hit the gym before breakfast, in order to be more productive throughout the day. Problem is I am starving now! My appetite has gone haywire! What do I do? My calorie target has always been 1,650 on sedentary days and 1,750 on days I run. I need more food, as I am going to pass out, but how many more calories should I allow myself? I want to get it right from the start and not do it through trial and error. Any advice for figuring out my new calorie needs based on new exercise time of 8:30am (versus 11:30am) which has revved up my appetite big time?

My advice is to eat back all of the calories you burned, if you're hungry.

This is why I prefer to exercise at night. If I exercise early I am STARVING ALL DAY and end up eating 10 times what I burned!
