Is anyone sacrificing anything for lent? I am. First time ever doing this, I decided on certain junk foods like ice cream, cookies, cakes,chips...the only thing I didn't give up was cereal but its fiber and grains so its not really junk food lol. I know i feel better without all the junk, now if I could do a safe cleanse it might be better.

I decided this year to give up drinking calories! So no soda, energy drinks, or alcohol. I have water or green tea to drink and 1 cup of coffee in the morning. I am rocking it! Good luck!1

I have been vegan for about 3 years now so I eat lots of veggies. For lent this year I decided to give up "added" salt. In other words, if a purchased item has salt in it, then that's ok, but I cannot add any more. No salting my veggies either. This is a big one for me. I used to put salt on everything I was eating. After all, it should be difficult. If it was easy, then why would have care about giving it up.0
