PHUL programme

Hi. Thoughts on PHUL for weight loss/muscle gain or maintaining muscle??? Was doing StrongLifts 5x5 but cause i workout from home and my weights only go to 50kg i can't progress as much and feel like I'm not getting anywhere :(

    You may get a better response if you posted in the exercise forum.

    Include how long you have been doing SL5x5, your stats, and goals- fitness and weight.

    If you are limited in the weights you have available and a gym is not an option you may want to try a programme that focuses on increasing reps before weights.

    For a beginner AllPro would suit.

    Hoping people with better knowledge of PHUL will chime in with this bump.

    PHUL is a template but the program as written will have you doing the same lifts as SL plus some. If you're hitting the max weight for your equipment it may not help for long since you lift heavy 2 days with it.
