Mama here looking for fit friends 20-30 age group

Im 27 yr old mom trying to lose weight and get fit after having my two kids. I currently weight 168 lbs and would like to add more fitness into my daily routine. Being a mom is hard and the stress takes a toll and has made it hard for me to stick to healthy eating and excercise. I could use the motivation tips and friendship. :-)

    I am 22 and a mom of one! I started very simply just going on daily walks as much as possible. Makes it easier to throw the kiddos in a stroller and get out of the house! At least 20-30 mins would be a good start! I love challenges and I just picked up the Couch to 5K challenge because when I have a specific goal I stay more motivated. Maybe it would help you to stay motivated too! Do what works for you, girl!
