I'm a Science teacher entering his Fifties. I realise that I've got to make changes to my lifestyle especially my diet, so that I don't undermine my fitness regime. I've recently discovered a love of yoga which I combine with Nike workout program and walking.

I have a daily struggle with my sweet tooth and love of desserts however I realise that I need to
adjust my thinking to avoid later potential health issues such as diabetes or high cholesterol.

I would like to share my journey with fellow Sweet-Toothers and seek advice or tips to limit my sugar intake or provide alternative ways to avoid sugar cravings!!

I'm open to suggestion.
