since i'm eating more fruit ... my sugar intake is horrible - and or i can never treat myself (yes i do treat myself) ...

my sugar intake is at 42g on average ... and with fruit smoothie i'm making at home - i go way over ... how can i balance?

my smoothie today was 1cup carrots, 1cup spinach, 4 whole strawberries, 1 banana ... and some water ...

suggestions?
