since i'm eating more fruit ... my sugar intake is horrible - and or i can never treat myself (yes i do treat myself) ...
my sugar intake is at 42g on average ... and with fruit smoothie i'm making at home - i go way over ... how can i balance?
my smoothie today was 1cup carrots, 1cup spinach, 4 whole strawberries, 1 banana ... and some water ...
suggestions?

Unless you have a medical reason to monitor your sugar intake, don't worry about it.
Just in case you weren't aware of this feature, when you go to the message boards section, there is a button called search and you can type in a keyword/phrase (ex: sugar) and you can see the threads that have already been created on the topic. Good luck! :flowerforyou:

Try substituting greek yogurt for your banana, less sugars, same creamy texture! Almond milk is great too! Try using fruits with less sugars and maybe look at juicing. Not a huge proponent of juicing but a meal or two a day is ok. Good luck!0
