Feeling bummed

I'm at a 10 lb weight loss so far and haven't noticed any changes at all!!! My pants are still tight as ever, my shirts still show off my muffin top, and I still have dimples in my legs. I thought I would have noticed something with this much weight loss but nope. I was only 45 lbs over weight to begin with. It's exciting to see the scale but depressing at the same time. How much weight did you guys have to lose before you noticed changes?

We're unable to spot reduce so, you've lost where; you aren't aiming to notice!

Sometimes physically you won't see a change but can feel it when you walk around. Keep going.

it took me ages to see changes, a little half inch here and there and it wasnt until the last 10lbs or so that it all melted off my face - thats when everyone noticed i lost weight. However, even at my lowest weight, my stomach was still a major problem area, thats what would be last to go.

It takes awhile because you lose all over...even visceral fat that is coating the organs...so yeah you won't see changes at only a 10lb loss.

Sometimes the scale moves and other times the tape measure moves. Just keep going. Changes should be coming soon. Everyone is different.

I definitely feel it. I have more energy physically instead of just wanting to be a bum and not move from the couch, I'm not sleepy all day every day, and I don't feel like I'm still starving after I eat dinner (way less than before I started to actively try and lose weight).

But I want to see it physically even if it is just my rings are looser or my jeans are just a litrle loose; anything!!! Trying to remain patient!

You can't spot reduce. I've lost nearly 10 lbs but I'm still wearing the same clothes. I have lost inches mainly in my arms and stomach but I can still wear the same shirts. Take progress pictures starting now and you will start to see changes under all the clothes. Congrats on the loss but do not give up hope. It's progress.

If you haven't yet - take measurements.
