I've fallen off the band wagon in a big way. Over the last little bit I've been trying to get back into logging more consistently, but it's not been going all that well. I was hoping I could find some support on here, maybe a few people to help me feel like I am being held accountable. Anyway, I basically know everything I need to know, I've done this before, but I find it works best for me if you guys can help me stay focused and dedicated. Sometimes I struggle with depression and I'm the type to turn to food, so feeling as though you are seeing my log would help me, even if you're pretending. : )

I don't fast but I do cardio and strength training 5 to 6 days a week
