Hi! I'm from Missouri City, TX and I'm ready for a change. I turn 29 this year and I'm tired of being over 200 lbs. I'm also tired of not feeling good in my clothes. Any recommendations out there for someone with a really busy schedule? I work from 8-4 and go to night school two days a week.
