Working Mom from CT Trying to Get Back Into It!

Hi, everyone!
I am Sarah and I am from Connecticut. I am 31 years old and have been working on my fitness for the last 13 years.
I had excess weight loss around age 19 and lost over 100 pounds, going from a size 26/28 to a size 6 in jeans. After having a baby and my body shape changing, I have come back up to a size 11.
I eat extremely healthy and don't have a problem with "cheating" or control over what kind of foods I eat. I am incredibly disciplined when it comes to the type of food I put into my body. My problem is CALORIE COUNTING! I used to lift weights for years and a back injury left me unable to do so. The body stopped, but the appetite did not! I am now on a 1200 calorie diet and trying to get back into the gym after finishing physical therapy and being able to be more physically active. Trying not to be hangry.
I am looking for like-minded individuals who will help keep me motivated; I would love to be part of a group to encourage one another to be the healthiest versions of ourselves!
I am a full-time working mom, super busy life and have very little free time, so maximizing my free time to focus on my fitness is a goal of mine. I would also love to hear stories about how people managed to tighten and tone, as I have excess skin on my abdomen, arms, and legs, and would like to tone my body as naturally as possible.
My other interests include: reading, video games, mindfulness/meditation, and hanging out with the best kid ever.
Looking forward to meeting lots of you!
Have a great day.
Sarah
