So I started Insanity today officially, yesterday I did the fitness test and I was like yeah, a change from p90X; which I had gotten bored of doing after 3 weeks. My word I thought I could keep up with insanity, but about 25 minutes into it I was tired not to mention that I modified some of the exercise especially the ones with the push up and running on the floor. I guess I will try it for a week and see how it goes.

Yes Insanity is tough but I loved it! Loved it enough that I did it twice with P90X thrown in between!!! I am doing Chalean Extreme now and it is great workout too but it is no way as extreme as ShaunT. but to me CX it is better than P90X! I will do Turbo Fire when I am done with CX. I wish you the best and I suggest you join the Insanity thread started by ripley36 for some really good support, knowledge and encouragement!!! Dig deeper girl you can do it!!!!
  • YAY SHARON!!! GOOD FOR YOU. INSANITY IS A GREAT WORKOUT PROGRAM.

I am now on Round 3 of Insanity (which is my 5th & 6th month). I lost 22 lbs, 4 in. off my chest & waist, 6 in. off my thighs, 2.5 in. off my arms, 4 in. off my thighs, went from a 22.2% to a 14.4% body fat, and was a size 16 in pants but now a size 7.

GOODLUCK! KEEP PUSHING PLAY AND JUST KEEP DIGGING DEEPER. =)
